All our events do require some degree of fitness. Each individual event has a guide to how strenuous the event is so you know whether it will be easy, moderate or tough!

You need to undertake training in order to boost your fitness levels for the event you are undertaking.

Depending on what you do and the amount of training, the event can prove easy or hard.

Those who train for it usually succeed, those who do not, struggle!!
